ALL DATA INCORPORATED IN SUCH CARDS/CHIPS SHALL BE UPDATED AND STORED ELECTRONICALY AT REGIONAL AND NATIONAL LEVEL, TO BE ISSUED/PLANTED IN CASE OF EVERY CITIZEN OF INDIA SUCH CARDS TO BE CARRIED EVERY MOMENT WITH THEM WHO HAS ATTAINED AN AGE OF 5 YEARS OR THE AGE TO BE NOTIFIED BY THE LOK SABHA, SUCH THAT ANY CRIME WHICH CAN BE COMMITTED BY ANY AGE GROUP IS NOT TO BE IGNORED FROM ISSUE OF SUCH IDENTITY CARDS.
NON CARRYING OF CARDS SHALL BE PUNSIHABLE AT THE FIRST INSTANCE AND WITH NO EXCUSE THEIR OF. OWNERS OF CHIP PLANTED PETS/ANIMALS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR MOVEMNTS PARTICULARLY AT CRIME LOCATIONS SUCH PRESENCE PROVER CARD/CHIP DATA SHALL MAKE THE INDIVIDUALS HABITUAL OF SPEAKING THE TRUTH AND CONFESSION OF THEIR ACTS Such card shall be electronically read/identified at any place particularly the public places (arrangements for the same to be done by Govt.) and shall have the information regarding every person/pet as per his/her own declaration for his/her, name, address, name and identity number of nearest relatives, trust worthy friends to be incorporated with their consent can or to be removed at his/her personnel request , entries for names and locations of properties in his/her name in India and abroad, (DIPLOMATIC ARRANGEMENTS FOR INFORMATION OF FOREIGN PROPERTIES INCORPORATION TO BE MADE) .

All properties in India to be recorded in some one's name, with identification number and also to be incorporated in the above cards/chips with there timely updating after certain period of time to be made mandatory otherwise the card shall suspend transactions, in case of non up dating of all cards/chips with in time shall make the Govt. system inoperative Its auto updating to be done for all entries related to that card/chip holder at any instance of use of cards.
No place/property to be left without ownership of any individual or in the name of government, for evaluation of every property committee by govt. Entries for fixed sources of income if any, any temporary receipts of money shall be governed by bank transactions and shall be accounted for and routed through above said identity cards/chips, for tax(es) payment if any with personal tax account numbers also incorporated there in, in net shell every money transaction should be accountable It shall also include vote rights, crime records of individuals pendency of FIR's registered and with courts. On conviction and term of withholding any convict shall bear special significance and observation of such individuals shall be taken seriously. Bank account operation to be made mandatory with it only, ration of any kind, sale of chemicals or drugs to which Govt feels necessary to be controlled shall be easily handled and denial of individuals to crime or other instances by telling a lie, presence at sensitive, crowded locations shall be easily proved by the Govt. Even if Govt by ordinance may deem it fit and may ask for infusion of rice sized identity chips in the body of every individual living ones and owners their of shall bear data about such pet animals which can be used in crime, stray animal population to be checked. Chip could be optional, however extended Govt benefits could be there to give preference to such chip holders in comparison to identity card holders, as such chip shall be more effective and individual identity shall record presence of chip planted personnel and owner of such animals at any location which shall dispense with the carrying of such cards. Presence of individuals at any place shall be electronically checked without any disturbance to individuals as machines shall detect such cards, chip holders any foreign national sneaking in to country without proper permission shall be easily identified and attacks of bad elements, our or foreign national, on our soil, shall be easily traced, within milliseconds of their mischief. temporary cards shall be issued to foreign nationals and the problem of theirs going missing particularly spying agents and belonging to poor nations, in our country shall be taken care of, with in seconds and the job of police shall be to help the needy instead of tracing the criminals.

3. Cash currency shall be limited for every individual and shall be obtained from bank with entry of amount in the above said card. Its handling during any specified period (say a quarter of a year) for purposes to be kept as record in the shape of electronically saved record or as printed receipts. Private Vehicle users shall make declaration for its utmost necessity to travel and shall be taxed for use of such private vehicles to be levied with very heavy fuel surcharge, Public carriers shall be promoted in general, Govt can provide luxury commodity vehicles for all the individuals in the phased manner throughout for 24x7 timings to all individuals.

6. Grant of license for fire arms shall be restricted, however for safety of those individuals where Govt feels that they are not in a position to provide due security to its nationals should be provided with licenses freely.

7. No discretionary quota/fund shall henceforth be allowed to any individual as an exercisable power, irrespective of individual's ranking in the Government, however national/state/district/tehsil/block/local body level committees shall be empowered to such an auditable expenditure only for emergency purposes. 17. Amenities shall be right of every individual as per proportion of taxes input by them in to tax net of the country.

18. The weightage of votes of a public representative shall be counted on the basis of :
a) The number of valid voters of the area of representation by him/her at the time of election date, b) By the %age of votes obtained by him/her during the election of his/her success. c) By the %age of negative votes casted against him/her. (Provision for negative vote needed to be incorporated in the election process).
The public representative shall be deemed to have been disqualified or resigned from the constituency, if 50% or above number of the voters oppose on any ground by referendum.

19. The method of election should be such, which should send true and spirited workers as public representatives. The pensions or privileges to public representatives shall be discontinued when they are disqualified on any ground. Also for pension the number of days utilized for public welfare in actual, to be calculated as per their attendance of house and public of the area of representation with a gathering of 10% or above of adult population in any local body area of constituency, on any day of claimed as public representation day by the public representative. Only such period shall be considered as qualifying period of public representation, provided such representative declares him/her selves disassociated from his/her personal business during that countable period for pension.

20.
